Banana Blitz

What you need:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 250ml milk of choice (cow, soy, rice, etc)
  • ½ cup natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of Konomi Matcha- Vanilla, Honey Spice or Maple
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted

 How to:

  1. Add one scoop of Matcha and a tablespoon of water to a small bowl, whisk or stir into a paste.
  2. Place remaining ingredients into a blender, adding Matcha paste last
  3. Whizz until well combined, pour into a glass and dust with extra Matcha.

Makes one large or two small smoothies

Tip:

Pour over crushed ice for a cool summer smoothie

Storage:
