What you need:
- 1 ripe banana
- 250ml milk of choice (cow, soy, rice, etc)
- ½ cup natural Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop of Konomi Matcha- Vanilla, Honey Spice or Maple
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
- Add one scoop of Matcha and a tablespoon of water to a small bowl, whisk or stir into a paste.
- Place remaining ingredients into a blender, adding Matcha paste last
- Whizz until well combined, pour into a glass and dust with extra Matcha.
Makes one large or two small smoothies
