What you need:
- ½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 250ml milk of choice (cow, soy, rice, etc)
- ½ cup natural Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop of Konomi Matcha- Plain, Vanilla or Maple
- 1 tsp finely grated orange zest
How to:
- Add one scoop of Matcha and a tablespoon of water to a small bowl, whisk or stir into a paste
- Place remaining ingredients into a blender, adding Matcha paste last
- Whizz until well combined, pour into a glass and garnish with extra berries.
Makes one large or two small smoothies
Tip:
Pour over crushed ice for a cool summer smoothie.
