What you need:
- 1 scoop of Konomi Matcha, Vanilla, Maple or Plain
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 lime, cut into 8
- 30mls white rum
- 30mls sugar syrup
- In a large glass or cocktail shaker, whisk Konomi Matcha and water into a thin paste.
- Add lime and muddle it with a rolling pin or muddling stick.
- Stir in rum, sugar syrup and several ice cubes.
- Pour all into serving glass, stir and serve.
Add soda water to make a Tall Matcha Mojito.
